How can I get refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned items. A notification of approval results will be also sent to you.
If the return or the refund is approved, the refund will be issued to you. Please check with your payment methods. We will be all at your service if there is any problem with the refund.

What items are returnable?
- The items should be in good, new, original condition.
- The items should be in the original packaging.
- The equipment is defective due to manufacturing defects, missing parts, damages during transport.

- Used items
How to proceed with a return?
Step 1: Request a return or an exchange
If a return or an exchange is asked, you may inform us directly by using the online application form.

Sent the form to us at email: firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com
Please make sure that the email subject starts with "Return" or " Exchange", followed by the Order ID. Otherwise it possibly would be missed by the mail filters.
Step 2: Pack and send back item
You will get our response by email within 3 workdays.
Make sure that you have already received the authorization of "Return" or " Exchange" application from GM Climbing.
Please well pack the items including all accessories and giveaways, and ship them to the correct given address.
Send us the tracking information under the subject email.
Are there charges for return?
- There is no added charges for return.
- Original shipping charge is non-refundable.
- You will be responsible for the return shipping charge unless the equipment is defective due to the manufacture.
